Recipe for sour cream pie with apples

Here is a simple and delicious recipe for sour cream pie with apples:

Ingredients for the dough:

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder (baking soda)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
100 g of butter (melted)

Ingredients for the filling:

3-4 apples (it is better to choose sour varieties)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

Preparation of apples: Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into thin slices.

Dough preparation: In a deep bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. In another bowl, whisk the egg, add sour cream and melted butter. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ones, mixing thoroughly until you get a homogeneous dough.

Forming the dough: Place the dough in a pre-greased or floured baking dish. Flatten the dough on the bottom of the mold.

Laying the filling: Evenly place the sliced apples on the dough. Sprinkle them with sugar and, if desired, cinnamon.

Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes, or until the top turns golden and the inside of the dough passes the readiness test.

Cooling and serving: Allow the pie to cool slightly, then cut it into portions and serve. The pie can be sprinkled with sugar or sprinkled with cinnamon before serving. Enjoy your meal!
